South Tyrolean pleasure meets Tyrolean cordiality. When autumn settles over the mountains, it’s time for a tradition that has its roots in the vineyards of South Tyrol – and has found a very special home with us at the Ropferstub’m. Just a stone’s throw away from Seefeld and Innsbruck, we invite you to Törggelen in Tyrol – rustic, atmospheric and really cozy. We serve an autumnal menu with classic Törggelen dishes: crispy bread with spreads, Tyrolean Gerstlsuppe, South Tyrolean Tris, suckling pig with side dishes and sweet Bauernkiachl with chestnuts. All accompanied by exquisite wines, fine brandies – and a schnapps on the house.

The number of menus you order will be prepared especially for you and must therefore be charged for – we ask for your understanding. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours in advance! The vegetarian alternative menu is ONLY available if ordered in advance.
Wed-Sat possible until 21:00, Fri and Sat until 23:00, Sunday unfortunately not possible. Last round 22:45.

Seminar room

For small groups and creative minds, we offer a cozy seminar room for up to 14 people – equipped with Wi-Fi, flipchart and everything you need for productive meetings. The quiet location at the Ropferhof creates space for clear thoughts, new ideas and focused work.

The room can be booked for a daily flat rate of €120. The Ropferstub’m is happy to provide breaks, snacks or a meal together – right on the farm and the perfect way to round off your seminar day.
